A 6 day retreat to celebrate motherhood, matriarchy and the female lineage.

Our days will softly flow between activities for children and for mothers. 

A weaving of creative nature play, crafts making, exploration, introspective moments, sacred rituals, connecting and sharing with a tribe of like minded mothers. 

You are invited to join with your own mothers, for 3 generations to share this sacred space, help each other, bond, heal and explore the relationship in a way that perhaps you’ve never done before.

You can expect full days of dreamy programming, of rest, of peacefulness, of movement, of inspiration, connection.

Programming for adults will include women’s circles, women’s blessing, multigenerational healing, somatic work, inner work, music, movement & more.

Programming for children will include nature play, waldorf inspired activities, story telling & more.

Matriarchal Healing

Grandmothers are invited to participate in all VITA retreats, creating a sacred space for healing and nourishing the matriarchal lineage.

This is an opportunity to immerse ourselves in a loving, beautiful, dreamy, and delicate portal, sharing this transformative experience alongside our mothers.

  • Step out of daily dynamics and invite a refreshing perspective.

  • Feel what it’s like to be seen within a group setting—as a powerful generation of conscious mothers.

  • Soften anything that needs to be softened, creating grounds for deeper, mutual understanding.

This retreat is about offering each other a gift:

  • Living the dream of gathering in a circle with our mothers, bridging generations, and reconnecting with the traditions of how it once was.

  • Lifelong memories of a beautiful, meaningful shared experience of 3 generations. 

We invite grandmothers to support us while we all fill our cups for six days in a stunning location, surrounded by nature, with all the sweetest comforts.


IMPORTANT: 

Joining with a grandmother is a beautiful invitation, but it’s not a requirement. This retreat is open to all constellations of women and children. If joining with your mother or grandmother isn’t possible or isn’t the right choice for you, that’s absolutely okay.

You are welcome to join with any female relative or friend, as this experience is about the collective energy that is created when a multigenerational group of women gathers intentionally. If you wish to join solo with your child, you are equally welcome. We’ll support you in every way possible to ensure you feel nourished, seen, and cared for.

The previous edition had a wonderful mix of mothers joining solo with their children and mothers bringing grandmothers. Both experiences were deeply valuable and enriching for everyone involved.

FAQs

  • Children of all ages are welcomed to join. The programming is designed for children from ages 1-12 and is adapted according to the number of children per age group.

  • Aunts, mothers in law, sisters or any other female caregiver are invited to join the space to enjoy the retreat and to support you with your child.

    If you’ll be joining as a solo mother we will do our best to support you enjoy the days to the fullest.

    A special ticket for solo mothers was created for this purpose.

  • Yes! If you have a caregiver who will not be joining in the programming please reach out directly to define the details.

  • 100%. You are a mother already! It will be very special for you to join and breathe the energy of a gathering like this. As a source of inspiration, learning, connection, reflection, observation and to set the roots for a mothering community around you.
